whew...
man, have we ever had a busy but F-U-N week. It all began with my birthday last Tuesday. My cousin Jeremy, his wife Jaime, and their son Hunter all flew in for a visit. We went to lunch on Tuesday. Then Wednesday I went to visit a friend in the hospital. Mom, Nanny and Grandad were there. When I heard what fun things they had planned for the rest of the week, well... John Mark and I just had to tag along. We are never ones to turn down fun. So we drove to Edmond, packed our bags and rode back to Central with them. We all had supper that night, and John Mark got to play with his new cousin Hunter. And of course, Grandma had a great time holding her 2 great-grandsons. John Mark was in a great mood, and had tons of fun being pulled around in the laundry basket, and of course eating lots of food that he wasn't supposed to eat.
We loaded up Thursday morning and took a drive to Falls Creek. Jeremy and I wanted to check out the new tabernacle. Man, it is NICE... nothing like the old, sweaty tabernacle. I think that it was a great change for them to make, but it's too bad the kids that go now will never know what it is to SWEAT through a worship service...
Friday was a trip to Lake Texoma (Texas) for the annual Enoch family reunion. John Mark (and Micah!) met lots of new cousins. Unfortunately the only picture I got was this one of John Mark playing with his cousin, Jace. The rest of the pictures from that weekend are on mom's camera. It was a fun weekend spent playing with family and eating!!
Monday we went to the doctor for our 10 month check up. John Mark weighs 19-15 (25%) and is ALMOST 30" long (90%). I never remember how big his head is...
And then there was today! Our friends JJ, Jonas, Emily and Eric cane for a visit! We ate lunch at Ted's (yummy!) and then we went to Pelican Bay to play in the pool. The boys all seemed to love the water, and of course they thought they didn't need their mommies to hold onto them! We had lots of fun chasing them around and playing in the sun. Afterwards, my house was baby central. All the kiddos were tired and grumpy after the afternoon in the sun. I did manage to get this funny picture. Jonas is trying to steal John Mark's ring (John Mark learned a lesson today that I learned many times as a child... Dunn babies are much stronger than Rigdon babies!!) and Eric is just posing away!
Anyway, after this fun-filled week of adventures, I am reminded of how blessed I am. God has given me an amazing family, and beautiful friends that I am forever grateful for! I love each one of you!

That's my little ham! Eric rarely misses an opportunity to pose for a camera!
Eric's Papa Joe pushes him around in a laundry basket too! Must be a country thing! :0)
We had a great time and I can't wait until the next time!
